ON AN ELDO THE RADIATOR FAN CONTROL UNIT IS LOCATED BEHIND THE FRONT GRILL NEXT TO THE HEAD LIGHT = USUALLY ON THE DRIVERS SIDE.THEY ARE COMMON TO FAIL.THE FANS WILL RUN W/KEY OUT. IF THE FAN ONLY STAY RUNNING WITH THE CAR RUNNING THEN THE TEMP SENSOR IS MOST LIKELY BAD AND THE SERVICE ENG LIGHT WILL BE ON.
