Seatbelt repair question

This is in regards to a late model Ford pickup truck.

A young dog has chewed the seatbelt in two and it is necessary to replace it. What tool do I need to get the seatbelt out and where can I get one? Thank you.

T-50 torx as I recall. Sears carries them. I think mine fits on a 3/8ths rachet but I don't feel like digging it out to check ;)

Probably won't work unless wrecker is friendly. A friend of mine once needed some old seatbelts to make a homebrew Steadicam harness from; we went to a local wrecker and even though he knew us he wouldn't sell us the belts unless we cut the floor anchors off of them in front of him. I guess the liability of selling used seatbelts is too great, esp. if the car they are from is wrecked.
