I'm on my 3rd vehicle (in 12 years) with siped tires and am a big advocate of siping. As someone else in the forum has mentioned, you can't sipe every make of tire, and it seems more manufacturers are creating tires that can't be siped . I say, if your tire can be siped, try it. You'll probably like it, and if not, it's not a very expensive lesson to learn.
