URGENT: Please help => Maintenance Required light came on

While i was driving on highway at constant speed of 70mph suddenly "Maintenance Required" light came on. I stopped the car and shut the engine off and restarted again but still maintenance required light is on. Its a



2001 civic EX, auto transmission with ~22K miles on it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You need to get the codes read. Ask at AutoZone they could get them for you.

Check your owner's manual. That may just be a scheduled maintenance reminder light (oil change reminder, maybe?)
