Wheel Fitment tool-Who makes it?

I was wondering if any of you know of a wheel fitment tool. I saw a tool on one of the car shows on spike tv. It was a tool for determining backspacing.

You could mount a tire on it, then bolt it on the hub. It allows you to move the tire back and forth on the wheel opening so you can determine where you want the tire to set. On the slider that allows you move the tire there is a gauge that tells you what the backspacing will be.

Anyway, I didn't write down the manufacturer, and after repeated searches on google found nothing. It's as though it doesn't exist, but I have seen it in action.

Does anyone know who makes this tool?

Any help would be appreciated.

Might help a little but the suspension is not loaded. Also, there's still the "deflection at speed" issue.

And the $499.99 price tag is a bit high for someone wanting to use it one time only.

I think that's it!

Thanks. I bow to your superior Googling skills.

What did you use for search criteria? I threw everything at it that I could think of and got nothing.

I used these terms:

tire tool +backspace

The second page of results had the 3rd link down which showed promise. So, once I had "MountMate" as a name, just kept searching on that.
