I'll use my current rear license plate frame (HORN BROKE, WATCH FOR FINGER) and the front frame (SPORT CHALET -- I'D RATHER BE SKIING) but those aren't really all that visible. Neither are bumper stickers, although I have some more "Linux, where do you want to go today?" stickers. I'd rather have a real color (candy-apple orange by choice!), but this is SoCal and we have a lot of sun :-(

I have a decal with a cartoon wolf getting a jolt of high voltage that says "SHOCKA!" on the back hatch on my Passat wagon. It came with the car and m akes me smile - it's a hoot!
I can't say if you have more sun than we do on this rock in the middle of t he Pacific but the headliner on my WV completely separated and had to be re upholstered. The door panel fabric came undone too. I hear it's a common pr oblem with VWs. It cost almost a thousand bucks to have it redone. It's a b eautiful job though.
