My 2003 corolla's a/c works for about 20 minutes and then blows warm. If you shut it off for about 30 min and then turn it back on it works for another 20 or so min etc... I have checked the filter and antifreeze and visually inspected all of the couplings and hoses and all looks "normal".

Thermostat perhaps?
If you are looking for a cause, a couple of possibilities are a bad thermistor and moisture in the system.
My 2003 Camry had the same problem. Dealer replaced the relay and no further problem.

You have a wet system. I would not let who ever worked on your a/c do any more work.
