YUP! Big time!
Spent the afternoon rewiring from the box to the inside junction, only this time instead of stripping and twisting the wires I got some of those 'gel-caps' and did it *almost* correctly!
All the phones now work like they're *supposed* to, and DSL is running full-tilt again.
I think 25 years and a week of wet weather had something todo with it! ;)
