OT: Horrifying

He did not actually read the story or he would know that, just one more President Bush hater from the little richard faction, those who have no idea what they are talking about, it appears.

If the US Senate actually does fail to pass the amended Patriot Act before the end of the year, all those voting against it will pay the price on election day. Americans will not stand for putting politics ahead of our national security. There is nothing in the act that endangers or freedoms. I there were, the ACLU would have begun litigation during the three years it has been in effect. No one has tested that law in any court to date.

On what grounds? In the Clinton impeachment the Supreme Court said a President can lie under oath and not be guilt of even a misdemeanor, let alone a high crime. LOL

I did read the Times story.

I did not say it is illegal "for the NSA to intercept contacts with foreigners overseas, even if the people under surveillance are US citizens."

I would not be so opposed to Bush if he hadn't started a war on false grounds, and stolen 2 elections.

Stolen two elections. Yeah, right.

Gore lost, get over it.

Well, 2 elections that I know about. I have no idea what happened in his Texas gubernatorial races. It's very possible Bush has stolen every election he's ever been in [chuckle].

Sore/Loserman lost. Get over it. Kerry lost. Get over it.

Nevermind, you are obviously a revisionist historian.

Just because you keep saying it doesn't make it true. No election was stolen, the Democrats just had bad candidates. And even if what you assert was true, what does that say for the opposition if they didn't learn after the first defeat? You're just bitter because you can't stand to be a loser.

To be fair, the Democrats might not have had bad candidates, they just didn't have better candidates than the Republicans put up.

Isn't it a sad statement when voting becomes a matter of voting against the guy you like least instead of voting for the guy you like most?
