OT: Pelosi releases her big plan

Yep! Her response today was to ask Bush to use crude oil reserves.. which don't even account for .01% of the oil this nation uses daily. She says it would save us 5 cents per gallon at the pump.

Geeze! This was her big plan?

I always thought she had below average intelligence and common sense. What made her feel she had to prove it to me? What really has me curious is why democrats have made that nutjob their fearless leader.

Bush said no years ago.

Now, how about her asking to allow drilling in areas where we have oil?

In message news:Rw8Qj.172005$ snipped-for-privacy@newsfe13.phx, "Reasoned Insanity" burned some brain cells writing:

I know a lot of Republicans and I still haven't found a single one who supports Juan McInsane.

BUT WE HAVE TO PROTECT THE CARIBOU!!!!!!

It's earth week, you know!

OK, and then after that we dig through caribou's heads if we have to...

But a lot of those Republicans will still vote for him, even though they don't really support him. McCain doesn't inspire blind stupid support like Reagan did---and that's a good thing! If by some miracle Hillary steals the Democratic nomination, a lot of Democrats that don't care for McCain will vote for him as well, though so many Democrats will be disenfranchised and stay home if she steals it that McCain won't even need their support to win.

It's similar to Hillary's rantings about how her sub-double-digit win in Pennsylvania "proves" that Obama isn't electable, though most of the Hillary voters will support Obama in the general election, as will most of the independents. Every poll shows an Obama-McCain race much closer than a Clinton-McCain race (John Edwards did even better).
