Anyway, WHAT DO WE KNOW ABOUT THEM?

Listen, we are trying to fix Iraq and Afghanistan and we don't have a clue about what's going on there. ;)

But we have much to gain by comparing notes, strategies... The whole world is watching with envy, right?

(not least Kabul)
