I have a Toyota surf 1998 2.4 diesel turbo.
The turbo has stopped working green light goes out but nothing any thoughts.

Umm, has the turbo actually stopped working (no power) or is it an electrical fault. Whats the normal operation of the LEDs for indicating turbo usage, and how has it changed, and under what situations?
