96 camry 2200 timing mark setup

hi..i have a 96 camry that i believe has jumped a tooth on the belt..i have replace the belt but wanna be sure the timing marks on the cam is setup properly ..and help would be much appreciated

Personally, I found a toothpick was helpful to center the mark on the front cam bearing in the tiny hole in the cam sprocket.
