Does anyone know what is involved with this? I have a 2001 solara and would like to run the ac pump less at night. The lowest setting is too cold sometimes. All I want to do is cut the humidity.
Does anyone have experiance with this conversion?

Hahahhha.. Oh you are NUTS! The dial with the red-to-blue scale.... try turning it more toward the red and run the system in RECIRC. Duh.
It just seems like this should be easy to do. Seems like all you should have to do is install a manual thermostat on a knob that is hooked to the a/c switch. But I cannot find anything like that.

Hahahhaha That you think such a conversion should be so simple suggests you do not know the complexity of the project. Do not apply a Home Depot mentality to your car.
