I have been hearing an object sliding inside the dash on both the driver side and passenger side since 1999. It resembles a wiring harness sliding back and forth. Dealer was unable to recreate the sound. I finally took a young technician for a test drive, where he heard the noise and his response was "WOW". The dealer told me he took the dash apart and asked me if I had young children. When I responded yes, he handed me a penny and told me kids put things down in the vents all the time. Little did he know that my son was only three months old.
The noise that I'm hearing is a very heavy sliding sound in the dash when you turn corners. Has anyone else experienced this problem????
