"Transponder" keys are indeed expensive...in most cases, you have no choice



*but* to take it up the "yin yang"...unless someone has a better idea?

If you have lost your last key and do not have any more then, from my understanding the onboard computer needs to be reflashed at great expense, somewhere aroung $2000. from the dealer though I could be mistaken.

They are an internet service that puts you in touch with a locksmith in your locale who has the equipment to code in a key or two. Their service is reasonable, check them out and judge for yourself.
