My 91 Camry Haynes manual says every 100,000 kms (60,000miles?) but that's only if you drive around traffic congestion, pull a trailer etc.

Different manufacturers have intervals like 60K miles, 90K miles, 105K miles, 120 K miles etc.

I'd do the 5 year / 60K mile interval. By then the belt already stretched a bit. You can always do the manual recommendation, or some people drive 200-300K miles on the original belt. So YMMV.

If you do your own work or a friend is willing to help, cheap enough every 60K miles:
