what is the part that is located inside the front bumper cover (driver side)

Hello,

My 2000 Camry hit a wall badly and destroyed the front headlight(driver side). Actually, only the side front headlight is broken (the up front headlight is ok). I'm able to see through from the opening of the side headlight. I noticed a broken white plastic bottle/container(it's empty). This thing is much like a milk bottle. My question is, what is the white plastic bottle/container used for? Is the car drivable? Is it safe for me to drive a few miles to a repair shop?

Many thanks.

Sounds like either the radiator overflow (did it have red stuff in it?) or the windshield washer tank (did it have blue stuff in it?) Neither affect safety or drivability. Radiator is ok -- and not leaking red (OEM color coolant) stuff?

Its probably the radiator overflow tank, a few miles OK, not a few days, but since you have to ask you have likely never filled it, this is what keeps your radiator full, you better check the radiator first before driving
