Your best friend is a solid brass bar. You can use it to pound out the races and pound in the new ones without any worry about damaging the new races or the rotor because the brass is softer than the steel. That, a good ball pein hammer, and a flat spot in your driveway is all the hardware that you need once you have the rotors off.

Note that replacing the bearings without replacing the races is stupid.

You will need some bearing grease, an inner seal for each side and a replacement cotter pin for each side in addition to the four bearings and four races.
