94 T100 3vze engine will not crank when cold

Have a 94 T100 that cranks and runs A-OK when hot or warm . When it sits overnight and is stone cold will not crank. Have checked the fuel pump OK. Have replaced the Fuel Filter Have checked all fuel injectors ( removed from truck cleaned ckecked for proper operation} Found the cold start injector time switch bad { broken where plastic that you plug wire into and the metal probe that screws into engine). The only way to start engine is to unplug the fuel pump, After cranking for a while and the engine tries to fire is to plug up the fuel pump and it will fire and run. Also replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator. The engine is getting fuel when it is off and it gets cold. Starts and runs great when hot or warm. Have any idears as to what the problem could be. THANKS BUD

At least one of your injectors is bleeding down, flooding the engine. Try starting the cold engine with foot to the floor and see what happens. WOT shuts off injection when cranking. You need all of the injectors, including the cold start, pressure tested.
