I have a 1998 Toyota Hilux pick-up with automatic transmission and ECT. Is it possible to shift gears manually using switches?

ECT alters the shift points for Economy Mode and Performance Mode, but with either mode, the shift points come when the program says they come. You can set the gear selector to manually change gears, but if you are inclined to do this, you shoulda bought a manual transmission equipped truck.
