brake sound

I have a 1991 p/u truck 22re with 218,000 miles on it. The shop just replaced the front brakes, had the rotor turned and now there is this sound coming from the right front brake. (didn't have time to do it myself) It only occurs after driving about 5 miles. Here is what happens--at first going straight down the road, there was no sound. Only when I turned right, it sounded like something was sticking and rubbing. if I depress the brake petal about 1/2" as I am in the turn the sound goes away. Passengers in the seat will feel a vibration through the floor when the sound occured. Then it started to occur a little when driving straight. Also as I made the turn and when I applied the brakes a high squeal sound can be heard. The brake pads that were installed were not OEM pads. Anyway we took off the pads, checked the caliper and the rotor--nothing was being scratched or wearing unevenly. The one thing we did notice was the rotor was out of round just a little. We put some anti aqueal grease on the pads and reinstalled everything. the first day everything was fine--no sound. On the second day the sound came back, but it took longer to occur--almost

20 miles before the it started. No squeals occur, just the rubbing sound. It still occurs but not as bad. Questions-- is it the rotor being out of round slightly causing this? why does it occur only when I turn right and not when I turn left should I have the rotor turned again and/or install OEM pads? am I doing any damage--although I don't see any Thanks for any help.
