The dealer has refused to replace the clutch disc under warranty on this less than 1 year old Tundra that has never towed anything. Anybody else have any problems with this? Any suggestions?

Change your driving habits.
A clutch is only going to wear out one way, drivers is slipping it too much, riding the clutch etc. Now if the clutch had broken or something, it would be different.
Like brake pads, a clutch is a wear item and not covered by warranty.
If you can prove that the throwout mechanism is misadjusted causing constant slippage when your foot is not on the pedal, then you might have a claim, but if it were slipping that badly, you wouldn't make it up a hill.
