please, a need the original cylinder head high, measured from the edge, ( i think it is around 3 - 4 millimeters).

i understand the cylinder head how the engine part over the Head Gasket and cylinder block.

engine 4y, toyota hilux 4wd, year 1989, 2200 cc,
