How to break-in 2004 4Runner 4x4 v6 sport edition?

Greetings:

I am wondering if there are any precaution to be aware of in break-in period for a 4Runner Sport V6 Edition. Is it better to drive in city where the car will upshift and downshift regularly or to drive in highway?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
