68 Autostick Bug Brakes Update

Today I had a chance to mess with my 68 Autostick Bug "Front Brakes". I was able to adjust the Star Adjusters with a screwdriver, hammer and pliers. I also adjusted the shoes with a little tap of the hammer. The drums are now on. When I re-install the Brake resivour, 2 rubber hoses on the back brakes, the metal line the length of the car and one thing on the rear brakes I am not happy with I am going to tow it to a brake place that I have seen 3 or 4 bugs there. They currently have one. I want to have them check everything out on the brakes since this is my frist brake job. Also going to see if they know someone who can work on the engine.

But my question is should I go ahead and bleed the brakes or just tell them I have not bleed them and let them do it?

Also should I expect any problems towing the bug? I've only towed bugs that have had brakes disconnected.

Thanks Steven
