Front turn signals work only when parking lights or head lights are not turned [on]. Rear turn signals work without problem.

Just about has to be a bad ground connection. Each park/turn housing up front has a thin Brw wire which goes under a sheet metal screw near the front of the fuel tank. That often gets loose/corroded. Less likely, that same wire could be bad inside the housing.
