I have been looking at a P-reg Polo 1.4 16v at a local garage and it has 87K on the clock. One owner with full history (not all VW though)
It is at £2500, I am wondering whether it would be sensible to buy the car? It seems to have wider tyres than normal as well would they be expensive to replace?
The car looks tidy apart from a few bad scrathes on the alloy wheels (careless parking?) Anything else I should look for?
Just wondering if I can expect problems in the future due to the high mileage, perhaps I should try and find a lower spec lower mileage model?
Any advice would be appreciated.
