I put a blower under rear seat to blow inside air backwards thru the right heater box then a double elbow tube connects to the other heater box in the engine compartment . this re-uses compartment air , no Outside air or engine compartment air. sure the heat only comes out the drivers side but that's enough to keep the windows clear.

If you could mix some outside air in there too, it would be perfect. But needs to be fresh.From the vehicle front.
