That's a pretty good one!

At just about every light, when it turns green, the '59 is the first car across the intersection (after making certain traffic has cleared, of course!). On the highway it does take a while to get up to speed, but once there, again, I'm passing more traffic than is passing me...and those huge SUVs make pretty good vehicles to draft behind!

Really, it isn't the car that makes a vehicle dangerous. Yes, that small 36hp engine is in no way in the same class as any of the modern day engines it shares the road with, but it gets the job done, safely, when the limitations it imposes on a driving experience are taken into account. All that considered, when driving on the road, in traffic, in Dallas, Texas, I still pas more traffic than passes me, and I do it safely.
