I have a '96 850 and the driver's seat will not move at all. No motion forward/backward, up/down, or tilt. There is no hum or anything when the controls or memory buttons are pressed (the passenger seat works fine). The connections seem tight and no broken cables.. Has anyone had this issue before? Also how do I remove the seat control panel? Thanks for your help with this.
