I have a '96 850 Turbo wagon. Manufacture date is in '95. I purchased an FOB on eBay. They indicated that it should work with my car, however it does not. It does not look like the one that does work, which I came by from someone off this forum (Thank you, Gameplayer!!).
I paid $45.52 + s/h for this thing that doesn't work for me. It does not have any numbers on the back, but it is stamped w/ 'volvo' so I know it's legit. You can view it here:
