No. If the penta is now a non turbo, there is not a place in the block for the oil drain back tube. The compression is different. The non-turbo exhaust valves are not made to withstand the extra heat from a turbo engine. The Turbo injectors, fuel brain Air mass meter are different. I don't think there is a port in the non-turbo block for the oil pressure feed to the turbo. BD
There is quite a lot of work and parts needed to succeed in this endeavour. Do you wish to make it a turbo engine for a boat, if so contact Volvo Penta who will be able to inform you if it is practicable.

Sure. The primary differences are:
Holes drilled for the oil return line Lower compression pistons Different cam Sodium filled exhaust valves
And of course the requisite exhaust manifold.
If you're going to rebuild the engine, none should be a big obstacle. However, if you're going to use the engine in an automotive setup I'd worry about any differences between the Volvo-car setup and the Volvo-Penta setup.
