Does anyone know if headlights from a 2002 S40 will fit a 1997 S40. Any help much appreciated.

Yes, some people know. Your dealer's parts man, your Pep Boy's etc.
I would think so, the car didn't change, but the lights did cosmetically only, the mounts and plugs, etc should be the same.
