Anybody know a good independant volvo shop around Kansas City, been using the dealer but would like to find another option.

I've heard of a guy on SW Blvd that's supposed to be pretty good, but for the life of me can't remember his name. Looking in the book, though, I find this entry:
Carriage & Motor Works, 633 SW Blvd.

In the order I would use them if I wasn't so into doing it myself. Vern's Import Service Superior Volvo City AutoSport Carriage & Motor Works Two others that I suggest you stay away from so I ain't gonna give a clue as to who.
