for tone or performance purposes mark? those r's drive like a scalded cat.......( love my wagon ) ....

I guess performance first, and a close tone second. I agree, my R sedan goes like a rat up a drain pipe! However, is a little more performance welcome.....yes please! I like the fact that the aural senses get a work out as well.

i would like to hear the tone...i did a upgrade to my 1994 940t ad goat a nice result....sounds cool....i can't much imagine making these "r's" faster.....i was 1 point away from giving up my license a few years ago ( no tickets in the r though ) so...i have bit of a different outlook on the whole performance issue these days....
