ODB II in Volvo busses ?.

Hi,

What type of interface is used in Volvo B12 busses for diagnose/service ?. I know that it is a CAN interface and it uses the same connector as the ODB II interface, but is it ODB II ?.

If it is ODB II, is there any software/documentation for reading parameters like 'fuel consumption' from this unit ?.
