I run an 240 dl estate,I have been running the tyres at 29psi front 30 rear.I noticed this morning that the rears are wearing more in the middle,any suggewstions

What brand/size? Is it the brand that came on the car? Too much pressure will cause wear in the center. What does the car's manual say about recommended pressure?
Since the wear is uneven, I would move/rotate the rears to the front, but move the right rear to the right front; same for the left side.
