The emission light comes on and off and the engine runs rough, especially in cold weather. I've taken it to the dealer 2 x and they say that there is no problem with the mass air unit that goes along w/ the emission light warning and the jetta naturally runs bad in cold weather. I've already gotten a recall letter on the unit where they will replace it if it's bad but the dealer keeps saying that it's all good. What's going on?
