I'm trying to troubleshoot an electrical problem in the AC system of a 94 Jetta GL (4 cyl 2.0). For some reason, I don't see voltage at the relay. The Bentley manual shows that voltage is supplied through a Fuse 23.
Does anyone know where I might find this Fuse 23? I can't find any other reference in the manual.
