My '97 Golf has suddenly stopped chiming when the door opens, the lights are left on, or the keys or left in the ignition. Leaving the lights on is what concerns me most.
Anybody have any ideas where I should begin troubleshooting? I couldn't find in the manual what fuse controls the chime. Clearly I am not a mechanic! ;)
