Is it possible to add factory options (fog lights, 6 disc changer) after the car (a 2003 Jetta 2.0) has been made/sold? Also, how hard is it to do an engine swap 2.0 to 1.8?

I suspect the lights and changer aren't a big deal, but you'd be better off $$ wise trading the car to change engines.
Possible? Sure. Smart? Don't think so, unless you need to change the motor anyway (engine failure).
