I need to get an emission inspection in Seattle WA. I have a Garrett chip and K&N air filter, but the rest is stock. Will I pass emissions, or should I put the orig chip back in for the inspection?

Suggest you take it and have it tested. Most chips play with the timing and maybe a bit with the fuel mixture.
