Jetta noise problem

I have been test driving a few 2001 1.8T Jettas and some of them have this air leak kind of noise problem at around 60mph. The noise sounds like a whistle or in a wind tunnel. What is causing this, and what would it take to fix it? Thanks.

Notice that it is in every car you have driven? That is the Turbo doing it's thing......To fix it, you would have to buy a 2.0L Jetta.
