My fuel filler cover broke off.
Where can I get a cheap replacement?
The dealer said these are over $100 for a stupid piece of plastic.

That's new enough you ought to be able to find one in a junkyard. You might even get lucky and find one the right color.

Does he mean cap? If the fuel flap broke off then it would tear the body panel as well.
