I have a pronounced smell of diesel in my '95 golf. I noticed ( on rainy days) that there is a distinct oily pattern to the puddles under my car, but on closer inspection I don't "see" any leakage.
Where would the leak be from ( generally - anywhere I suppose) specifically?
