volkswagen 98 jetta back driver side window(non-movin)

how do I Replace back driver side window, I have been able to replace the new window in the rubber gasket but I can't seem to get the gasket back in the door frame. please help.

i've threaded clothesline rope into the groove of the gasket all the way around it - with six inches of extra rope ( both ends ) sticking out of the longest straight edge of the gasket - get help from somebody to hold the glass/gasket/rope into place with the rope ends inside the frame. ( i've done it w/o help by duct tapeing the glass/gasket-rope into place ) - then as you pull the rope out of the groove the gasket stretches over the lip in the frame. I'm never done a rear non-moveable window in a jetta - but i've done this with windshields and rear windows in P/U trucks hope this helps
