Cruise control works when it feels like working and windsheild wipers do whatever they want to regardless of what position they are in.

Cruise control works when it feels like working and windsheild wipers do whatever they want to regardless of what position they are in.
I had an 88 Chev Caprice V8 that had that Problem.
The dealer replaced the 'Left side of Steering Column Stalk handle'
and all got fixed at once..... Wipers & Cruise...
