1997-2003 Pontiac Grand Prix Coolant Change Guide With Pictures

I just performed another coolant change on my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and took pictures of the process this time to create a guide to help others.

The procedure should be similar for all GM cars with the 3800 Series II 3.8L V6 engine including the Buick Regal, Chevy Impala, Monte Carlo, and Bonneville.

Paul, thanks for yet another great article. Next time my wife's 98 Grand Prix GT coolant needs changing I will be sure to come to your site for step by step instructions. So far your article on changing headlights saved me a lot of grief and also the one on changing the serpentine belt and tensioner pulley was priceless. The bearing went out in the pulley I if I hadn't read your article on the bolt being reverse thread I would have just gotten a bigger wrench and the results would have been costly.
