RECALL for Grand Prix steering

A coworker said there was a steering recall on the news. Did anyone hear about it and for what years? Thanks

I found the recall. It is for the 1996 GP, as well as alot of GM cars from

1996-1997

And 98. I have a 98 GTR and got the letter from GM.

"Some of these vehicles have a condition where the lower pinion bearing in the power steering gear may separate."
